Why it matters
Selling on Amazon UK looks simple until the account is live. Verification stalls on a document, listings sit on page five because the keywords are wrong, FBA shipments get rejected for labelling, and a few late dispatches put account health at risk.
Most new sellers lose their first months to problems that are avoidable. We handle the setup and the routine work properly from the start, so your time goes into products and suppliers rather than support tickets.
If you live outside the UK, the setup has extra steps: a UK company or an overseas business, a bank account Amazon accepts, and VAT obligations. We guide you through those too.
Deliverables
Account creation, business details, verification documents and the right selling plan for your stage.
Category and competitor research, then titles, bullet points, descriptions and back-end search terms written for buyers and the algorithm.
Briefs for main and lifestyle images that follow Amazon rules, and A+ content once you are brand registered.
Shipment plans, labelling and prep requirements, stock levels and reorder alerts.
Sponsored Products campaigns set up with clear budgets, then optimised on search term data.
Weekly checks on performance metrics, policy warnings, reviews and customer messages.
How it works
On a 30-minute call we look at your products, current account (if you have one) and goals.
You get a written plan: what we set up, which products go first, timeline and monthly scope.
We create or fix the account, then publish optimised listings and your first FBA shipment.
Listings, stock, PPC and account health handled, with a short monthly report on sales and spend.
Timeline: Account setup usually takes 1 to 3 weeks, mostly waiting for Amazon verification. Listings for a first batch of products take about a week after that. Management is month to month.

FAQ
Usually a passport or national ID, a recent bank or card statement, a chargeable credit or debit card, a phone number and your business details. Amazon can ask for more during verification, and we help you prepare everything before you apply.
Yes. Many of our clients are founders outside the UK. You can register as an overseas business or form a UK limited company first. We explain the pros and cons on the call and can handle the company formation too.
Yes. Brand Registry needs a registered or pending trademark in the country you sell in. It unlocks A+ content, brand protection and better ad options, so it is worth planning early.
Amazon charges a selling plan fee, referral fees on each sale and, if you use it, FBA fees. These go to Amazon directly. We include a fee breakdown for your products in your plan so you can check your margins before you start.
Yes. PPC is part of monthly management. We start with tightly controlled Sponsored Products campaigns and only increase spend on terms that sell profitably.
Our published case studies are mostly Shopify and eBay. We are happy to walk you through Amazon accounts we work on during the call, with the client details hidden.
